When you sign up to host a class, I will schedule a short prior consultation to help me learn more about your kitchen layout and equipment and get sculptured to your needs.
DURATION AND STYLE OF THE CLASS
Classes last between 2-8 hours, depending on the menu.
During this time I will prepare the dishes from start to finish. The classes are a demonstration class and a generous tasting will be provided. Snacks and beverages are also provided during the class. Let’s make this fun. Lunch or dinner of the food preparation can be served after the class.
Class costs include all fresh ingredients and basic pantry items required for the dishes to be prepared. Menus are designed based on the seasonal availability of produce.
Classes can be held in any kitchen, anywhere, anytime subject to availability.
